Nice looking - once assembled

I bought this because it looks great and is the right style and size for me. I ran an issue when assembling, where two of the the cam screw anchors did not sit flush. I asked a question here: Is there an assembly video available. The manufacturer replied "No".It turned out that the pre drilled holes were too shallow, and needed to be drilled out a bit. So there's that. It's not super sturdy due to the fasteners (soft wood dowels and thin screws).It is nice looking as stated above and I'm keeping it, but I was not pleased with the terse reply from the manufacturer, and I'd like it to be more durable.
