Are all your products eco-friendly?

  • Most all of our products are eco-friendly. We're committed to sustainability and strive to curate products that are both beautiful and kind to the environment.

I don't live in Canada. Do you ship internationally?

  • Currently, DecoElegance ships only within Canada to ensure quick and efficient delivery for our customers.

What are your customer service hours?

  • Customer service is our priority. Our dedicated team is available from 9 am to 6 pm EST, Monday to Friday. You can reach out to us via email or the contact form on our website.

How can I track my order?

  • Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order on our website or the shipping provider's site.

Can I visit a physical store or pick up my order from a warehouse?

As soon as the call was received to Decoelegance they quickly offered to exchange/return product (no pressure). They sent return labels free of charge. Extraordinary customer service. Well worth the cost

Good quality, very sturdy solid piece, on the heavy side. Easy building instructions. Color was a tad bit off from the images but it works well with my furniture. We opted out of installing the one side shelf to fit our gaming console and it still looks great
